With extensive experience in scaling national healthcare platforms and forming key enterprise partnerships, our work is centered on executing strategies to achieve measurable business outcomes. Core services include revenue strategy, sales and marketing alignment, pricing and commercialization, and enterprise sales strategy.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Philadelphia for a Fractional VP of Sales. The VP will lead sales operations, oversee account management, drive business development, and optimize sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include managing the sales team, developing client relationships, creating comprehensive sales processes, and aligning sales strategies with overall business objectives. This individual will collaborate with leadership to contribute to key growth initiatives and enterprise-level partnerships.
- Strong expertise in Sales, Business Development, and the ability to drive revenue growth
- Experience in Sales Management and Sales Operations to build and oversee effective sales processes
- Proven leadership in Account Management and managing relationships with high-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in strategic planning and the development of sales and go-to-market strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in healthcare services/technology is preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or related advanced degree is a plus
