Evening Commercial Cleaning Technician
Northern Michigan (Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Boyne City, Charlevoix, East Jordan) | $20.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday, shifts starting between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM
Weekend availability required
Approximately 32 hours per week

About the Role
Join Harbor Shores Cleaning Company as an Evening Commercial Cleaning Technician. This role offers a steady evening schedule with some weekend shifts. You’ll work mostly independently, traveling between commercial accounts in the surrounding Northern Michigan towns we serve.
You’ll help keep offices, schools, medical facilities, manufacturing sites, and other commercial buildings clean, safe, and welcoming for employees and visitors.

What You’ll Do
- Clean and sanitize commercial spaces following detailed care plans and checklists
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces and restock supplies
- Sweep, vacuum, mop floors, and empty trash
- Maintain a safe, professional environment
- Work independently while following proven systems
- Use provided equipment, supplies, and uniforms
- Drive between nearby client locations during your shift (mileage reimbursed)

Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication apps
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Available for evening shifts starting between 3 PM and 5 PM, Monday–Friday, plus some weekends
