Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of the Human Resources function, including employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, compliance, and personnel records.
Coordinate and process bi-weekly payroll accurately and efficiently.
Develop and implement creative weekly staff appreciation events as well as recognition programs to promote a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Support department leaders in maintaining a fair, compliant, and employee-centered workplace.
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility-level employment regulations.
Serve as a resource for employees and management in addressing HR-related questions and concerns.
Previous Human Resources experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing facility strongly preferred.
Human Resources experience within the medical field will also be considered.
Strong working knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and payroll processes.
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and foster employee engagement at all levels of an organization.
