JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations, including overseeing administrative
tasks, facilitating communication between staff and clients, coordinating with clinicians and
supervisor to ensure a professional clinic environment. This is an administrative position
working Monday-Thursday, 12noon-4pm. At times, more hours may be available.
Qualifications

knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must have strong communication and interpersonal
skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, as well as managing a fast-paced
environment. It is vital that this person have the aptitude to work collaboratively as needed on
projects, the ability to work independently and possess outstanding attention to detail, as well as
excellent time management skills.
Education and/or Experience
Minimum of a GED or high school diploma; previous experience in clinic operations;
knowledge of behavioral health services, and experience in maintaining program and service
accuracy.

employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Ability to stand, reach, lift,
bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 25 pounds or less; manual dexterity;
auditory and visual skills; ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
Job Duties
● Serve as the first point of contact for those seeking HHI services therefore presenting
with excellent customer service skills
● Oversee the front office area, including phone and door coverage
● Answer incoming calls and refer them to the correct staff members; take detailed
messages as needed
● Manage Caseload Report
● Greet guests as they enter the building
● Draft letters and support correspondence as needed
● Assist in rescheduling clients as necessary and manage appointment
reminders
● May assist therapists in group and class appointment management and cancellations;
uploading documents and other administrative duties as assigned
● Prioritize assigned tasks and responsibilities, with the knowledge that flexibility is
often required
● Follow all agency policies and procedures, as well as those of regulatory bodies;
monitor programs to comply with state and CARF standards
● Other duties as assigned
Per insurance requirements, employees must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s
license.
