Harbor House Collective is a minority-owned recreational, vertically integrated marijuana establishment involved in cultivating, manufacturing, and dispensing adult-use premium cannabis. HHC is family-run, seeking hard-working individuals to join our growing team.
The Dispensary Agent will be one of the most critical roles and the most forward-facing customer service position at Harbor House Collective. Agents will serve as the ambassador for products and as a cannabis guide in the retail department. For this specific role, a Friday–Tuesday schedule is ideal, along with flexibility for schedule changes—i.e., open shifts, closing shifts, and weekend work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and establish rapport with customers
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Positively contribute to the culture and ideals of the company
- Keep a clean, organized, and compliant product storage area and register
- Use computers, tablets, or other technology to complete sales transactions
- Complete continuing education of cannabis and RVT training as required by management and State regulations
- Assist customers in identifying the cannabis and methods that best fit their individual needs
- Handle cannabis products in compliance with CCC regulations
- Adhere to strict distribution processes and maintain a professional and safe environment for customers and coworkers
- Gather and process required customer information, and perform detailed verification while maintaining client confidentiality
- Maintain the professional appearance of the collective via opening and closing duties such as stocking, counting cash drawers and deposits, organizing products compliantly, restocking merchandise on the sales floor and participating in basic store clean-up
- Perform clerical tasks including accurate filing, compiling, and maintaining inventory and records.
- Working weekdays, weeknights and weekends are required
- Working a 5-day work week is required, Fulltime 40 Hours
- A Friday- Tuesday schedule, Open Shifts, Closing shifts and Weekend work is required
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Experiences in retail sales preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis preferred
- Dispensary-related experience is a plus
- Must be friendly, outgoing, trustworthy, dependable, and hard-working
- Must be able to provide exemplary customer service and represent the business with pride
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
