Laboratory Project Lead
Summary
Support a fast-paced laboratory project by overseeing and assisting team members performing cleaning and testing activities on medical devices. This role will provide day-to-day guidance, ensure procedures are followed accurately, and help keep the project on track while maintaining a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or related field.
- 4 years of experience working in a laboratory environment.
- Previous experience in a Lead, Supervisor, or Manager role.
- Previous experience training and leading employees is required.
- Experience following SOPs, work instructions, manuals, and other detailed procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and address issues quickly.
Requirements
- Comfortable overseeing and supporting a team in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
- Flexible and adaptable when priorities, procedures, or project needs change.
- Able to provide guidance, direction, and training to employees performing hands-on laboratory and medical device testing activities.
- Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on project support with team oversight and quality expectations.
Pay/Shift
- $29/hr
- Shift – 2nd – Monday – Friday – 3pm - 11:30pm
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
