Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives that support manufacturing operations, business priorities, and product lifecycle activities within a highly regulated production environment.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, key milestones, resource plans, and deliverables while ensuring projects remain on track and within scope.
- Collaborate with teams across Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and other functional areas to drive project execution and resolve roadblocks.
- Facilitate project meetings, communicate progress updates, and provide leadership with visibility into risks, timelines, and critical decisions.
- Support planning efforts by assisting with project scope development, scheduling, cost estimates, and implementation strategies.
- Coordinate activities between technical, manufacturing, validation, and quality teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote continuous improvement by enhancing project management processes, reporting methods, and portfolio visibility.
- Monitor project risks and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans that support successful delivery.
- Utilize project management software and reporting tools to manage priorities, track progress, and communicate status updates.
- Assist with strategic operational initiatives, organizational changes, and business integration efforts as needed.
Qualifications
- :3 years of project management experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries
- .Experience coordinating projects involving manufacturing, operations, engineering, quality, technical services, or supply chain organizations
- .Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines
- .Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project for scheduling, reporting, and project tracking
- .Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments and compliance standards such as GMP or similar quality systems
- .Experience supporting operational improvements, capital initiatives, product launches, or process optimization projects is preferred
- .Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization
- .Experience with project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, or PMO methodologies is beneficial
- .PMP certification or Lean/Six Sigma training is considered an advantage
- .Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or another related technical discipline is preferred
