Role Overview

This position supports daily office operations and financial accuracy. Ideal for a dependable, organized, personable individual who enjoys helping people and keeping systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and record rental payments; issue receipts; maintain accurate ledgers
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks (QuickBooks or similar)
  • Manage vendor invoices, deposits, and monthly reports
  • Handle tenant calls, emails, and office correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems, supplies, and administrative workflows
  • Assist with scheduling, light marketing, and office coordination

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college or accounting courses preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Friendly, professional communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience preferred but not required
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable handling payments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
