Print Production & Material Prep Assistant

Wrap Kingz is the Capital Region’s premier vehicle wrap and graphics company, specializing in commercial fleet graphics, color change wraps, and paint protection film. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our production team.
This position focuses primarily on print production, material preparation, and supporting our installation team to keep projects moving efficiently through the shop.
Primary Responsibilities
The Production Assistant plays an important role in preparing materials and equipment before installation.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing printed graphics for installation (trimming, cutting, laminating, and organizing panels)
- Weeding and masking vinyl graphics
- Preparing wrap kits and materials for upcoming installs
- Assisting with large format printing and laminating equipment
- Tracking and organizing printed materials for each job
- Cleaning and maintaining production equipment including printers, laminators, and vinyl cutters
- Performing routine equipment care such as cleaning print heads, rollers, and work surfaces
- Helping maintain inventory of vinyl, laminate, and shop supplies
- Receiving and organizing material deliveries
- Maintaining a clean and organized production workspace
- Supporting installers by ensuring materials are ready for scheduled jobs

Experience (Preferred but Not Required)
- Sign shop or large format printing experience
- Vinyl cutting, weeding, or masking
- Graphic production experience
- Automotive detailing or hands-on shop work
