What You’ll Do
- Lead all aspects of daily operations in a busy Dunkin’ restaurant
- Hire, train, and develop assistant managers and crew members
- Create a positive, upbeat environment where team members enjoy coming to work
- Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to every guest
- Manage scheduling (approximately 35 hours/week staffing focus)
- Control food, labor, and inventory costs to meet performance goals
- Ensure compliance with Dunkin’ brand standards, food safety, and cleanliness

- Previous restaurant or quick-service management experience
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style
