We are currently looking to fill multiple Security Guard positions. Our Guards are at the forefront of guest and employee safety while maintaining our dedication to customer service. This position will be responsible for the overall safety on property and ensuring that PA Gaming Commission Board regulations are upheld.
Essential Functions
- Maintain a constant vigilance to ensure the safety of patrons and employees and company property.
- Responsible for maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Enforces and adheres to Saratoga Casino policy and procedure.
- Responsible for enforcing security procedures at all assigned posts.
- Promotes outstanding interdepartmental and customer relations.
- Maintains flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
Keys To Success:
Candidates are required to possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Previous experience as a Security Guard and a state Security License is preferred. All candidates must be approved for a gaming license by the PA Gaming Commission Board and maintain such license.
Additional Functions:
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Able to stand and walk 6-8 hours.
