We are a well-established dispensary looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Cannabis Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the cannabis industry, sales oriented, possess excellent customer service skills, and have a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
- Consistently focus on sales techniques like upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain knowledge of current products, strains, and their effects to provide accurate information to customers.
- Accurately handle transactions and maintain the cash drawer.
- Keep the store clean and organized, including display cases and shelves.
- Adhere to all state laws and regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must be reliable and able to work flexible hours
- Must work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must have cash handling experience.
- Must be willing to try various cannabis products.
