Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans that align with organizational goals and educational standards.
- Lead curriculum development initiatives to ensure engaging, inclusive, and standards-aligned learning experiences across all grade levels.
- Oversee fundraising efforts to secure resources necessary for program expansion and sustainability.
- Manage budgets effectively as an executive education administrator, ensuring financial health and compliance with regulations.
- Supervise school staff including teachers, administrative personnel, and support staff through coaching, evaluation, and professional development facilitation.
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements related to special education law, childhood development standards, and educational compliance regulations.
- Facilitate faculty evaluation processes to maintain high instructional quality and instructional leadership in education.
- Oversee school administrative functions including policy implementation, personnel management in education settings, and operational logistics.
- Lead efforts in community engagement, public speaking engagements, and building strong partnerships with stakeholders.
- Maintain oversight of school legal knowledge application to ensure safety, compliance, and best practices in education administration.
Skills
- Extensive experience in school administrative leadership with proven success in managing early childhood education programs.
- Strong background in curriculum development, instructional leadership in education, and educational compliance understanding.
- Must have one of the followings a CDA, CD, or early childhood education degree
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through supervision, personnel management in education settings, and team leadership skills.
- Knowledge of special education law, childhood development principles, and classroom experience working directly with students.
- Skilled in facilitating professional development for educators to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes.
- Excellent public speaking abilities coupled with strong management skills to inspire staff and engage the community.
- Familiarity with school legal knowledge including policies on childhood development and special education law.
- Experience in managing school operations with a focus on educational excellence and regulatory compliance.
