What You'll Do

As a Happy Quest Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one care in our clients' homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

Responsibilities include:

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Companion care and meaningful conversation
• Meal planning and preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Assistance with walking and transfers
• Dementia and Alzheimer's support
• Accurate documentation of care provided
• Building trusting relationships with clients and families

Qualifications

Preferred:

• Current Washington HCA, CNA, or NAR credential (or willingness to obtain if applicable)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
