Happy Pipes is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Tech to join our Field Operations team. This position is perfect for a professional who enjoys hands-on technical work while also engaging with customers to provide solutions and recommendations. As an HVAC Tech, you will perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Success in this role requires a blend of technical expertise, accountability, and strong communication skills, as well as a willingness to grow and deliver exceptional service.

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose system issues and provide professional solutions to customers.
• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and system testing.
• Present service options and recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, company policies, and local regulations.
• Care for and maintain company-provided tools, uniforms, and vehicle.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve departmental goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with HVAC systems.
• Sales mindset with the ability to explain and sell solutions to customers.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Valid driver’s license required for field operations.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday with overtime as needed.
