We are looking for an experienced Senior DR Creative Strategist to join our growing Marketing team full-time.

Before you dive deeper, please note the following key points:

• This is a full-time, fully remote contractor role
• We are seeking someone preferably with a background in B2C, direct response creative
• Although the role is remote, the candidate must be available during EU hours (GMT)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience developing direct response creative concepts for eCommerce brands (bonus if in health or supplements)
• Demonstrated track record of consistently generating new winning concepts at scale — not one-off wins
• Background in direct-response copywriting, with a strong grasp of hooks, angles, and pain-point-led narratives
• Experience briefing and directing designers, video editors, and UGC creators to bring concepts to life
• Comfortable working from performance data to inform creative decisions — you know a concept is "working" because of numbers, not vibes
• Familiarity with testing frameworks: structuring hypotheses, running iterative creative tests, and reading results
• Understanding of platform-specific creative nuances (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and how format shapes message
• Strong understanding of audience and cultural nuances across Australia, the United States, and EU markets
• Bonus: hands-on experience with tools like Motion, Foreplay, or similar creative analytics platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and pitch new direct response creative concepts on an ongoing cadence, ensuring a consistent pipeline of fresh angles and hooks
• Write clear, strategic creative briefs that translate performance insights into actionable creative direction
• Partner closely with designers, editors, and UGC talent to execute concepts from brief to finished asset
• Track and report on concept performance (win rate, concepts hitting baseline, etc.), using results to refine future briefs
• Structure and run creative tests with clear hypotheses, and document outcomes to build institutional creative intelligence
• Adapt creative approaches and messaging for key regional markets, including Australia, the U.S., and EU
• Stay ahead of platform trends, competitor creative, and emerging DR formats to keep the brand's creative fresh and effective
