About Us: Happy Kids Indoor Playground is an exciting new indoor play destination for children and families, opening in Dec, 2024. Our facility offers a safe, fun, and engaging environment where kids can explore, play, and socialize. We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests and help create a welcoming atmosphere.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests as they enter the facility.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding facility services, pricing, and events.
- Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area.
- Handle reservations, ticket sales, and membership registrations.
- Provide information about playground rules and safety protocols.
- Assist with special events and birthday party bookings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Handle cash and maintain accurate financial records.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or reception preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for working with children and families.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
