About the Role
As a Service Technician, you will:
- Run a daily service route at residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and solve pest-related issues
- Communicate clearly with customers
- Represent the company independently in the field
You are not just completing tasks.
You are responsible for the outcome of every property you service

Compensation
- $18–25/hr depending on experience and performance
- Uncapped Commission on services and add-ons
- Performance bonuses

- Automotive technicians

No pest control experience required — we will train the right person.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
