- Front desk or dental office experience is a must
- Strong customer service and phone skills
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to handle phones, scheduling, check-ins, and patient flow efficiently
- Willingness to assist in other areas of the office when needed
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
