Role Description: Happy Health & Wellness is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team in Round Rock, Texas. This provider will deliver comprehensive patient care with a primary focus on Functional and Integrative Medicine. The ideal candidate is passionate about preventive medicine, hormone optimization, IV therapy, regenerative wellness, and helping patients achieve optimal health goals through evidence-based care.

Full-time Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Round Rock, TX 78664
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- Medical License - Texas
Principal Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients within the scope of licensure.
- Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing Functional and Integrative Medicine principles.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately in the electronic medical record.
- Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results.
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with Texas law and clinic protocols.
- Administer IV vitamin infusions, injections, and other wellness therapies.
- PRP and regenerative treatments (preferred)
- Provide hormone replacement therapy (HRT) evaluations and ongoing management.
- Educate patients regarding wellness, disease prevention, nutrition, weight management, and other treatment options.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
- Collaborate effectively with supervising physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols, infection control standards, HIPAA regulations, and state and federal guidelines.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete patient documentation.

Qualifications
Required:
- Current Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
- BLS Certification.
- Excellent clinical assessment and patient education skills.
- Experience with IV therapy and medication administration.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in Functional or Integrative Medicine.
- Experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
- Experience with peptide therapy and medical weight management.
- Experience with electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks preferred).
