Happy Health & Wellness is seeking an exceptional Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for both Functional Medicine and Medical Aesthetics to join our growing, patient-centered practice in Austin, Texas.
This is not your typical primary care position. We are looking for an experienced provider who thrives in wellness medicine, values meaningful patient relationships, and has a proven background performing advanced aesthetic treatments. What You'll Do
You'll provide comprehensive patient care while combining Functional Medicine with advanced aesthetic treatments, including:
- Comprehensive patient evaluations and personalized treatment planning
- Functional and Integrative Medicine consultations
- Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
- Medical weight loss and metabolic optimization
- IV vitamin therapy and wellness injections
- Laboratory review and interpretation
- Medication management
- Preventive and longevity-focused care
- Patient education and lifestyle coaching
Medical Aesthetic Services
- Botox® and neuromodulator injections
- Dermal filler consultations and treatments
- Facial balancing and full-face assessment
- Advanced aesthetic treatment planning / medical grade skincare consultations
- PRP and regenerative treatments (preferred)
Required Qualifications
- Current Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- BLS Certification
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on cosmetic injecting experience
- Extensive experience performing Botox® and dermal filler treatments independently
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment
- Experience with IV therapy
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Professional, compassionate bedside manner
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Functional or Integrative Medicine experience
- Hormone Replacement Therapy experience
- Peptide therapy
- Medical weight management
- eClinicalWorks experience

Compensation
$120,000–$130,000 annually (based on experience)
Performance-based bonus opportunities available.
