This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Miami, FL. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong customer relationships, generating new leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, collaborating with teams to meet client needs, maintaining communication with customers, and achieving sales targets.
- Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
- Strong skills in Account Management, with the ability to oversee and grow client accounts effectively
