- Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.
- Responsible for coordinating maintenance of office areas and equipment.
- Orders office supplies in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.
- Maintains spreadsheet of locations and staff i.e., cell phones, e-mails.
- Prints documents for programs on both a planned and as needed basis.
- Participation is needed in special department projects.
- Distribution schedules Training.
- Lead the planning team for monthly activities
- Create company newsletter and activity calendar.
