About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: Manage end-to-end warehouse daily operations, formulate SOPs, ensure safe, efficient and on-time operation.
• 0-to-1 Warehouse Build: Lead new warehouse setup, including layout design, process establishment, system deployment and team initialization.
• Cost & Inventory Optimization: Optimize inventory turnover, control stock risks, streamline processes and manpower to reduce operational costs.
• Layout & Resource Management: Optimize warehouse layout and storage locations, maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
• Order Fulfillment: Oversee full-process B2B and B2C order delivery, optimize workflows to ensure high service accuracy and satisfaction.
• Business & Resource Development: Utilize local industry resources to optimize supply chain cooperation, improve warehouse profitability and market competitiveness.
• Team & Risk Control: Manage and train warehouse teams, implement safety management, control operational and inventory risks.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8 years senior warehouse management experience, with proven track record managing 200,000 sq. ft. warehouse; 0-to-1 warehouse launch experience preferred.

Required Skills

• Core Skills: Proficient in inventory control, cost reduction, warehouse layout optimization; successful B2B & B2C fulfillment operation experience.
• Preferred: Possess US local warehousing & logistics resources; business-value driven mindset.
• Basic Requirements: Skilled in WMS system and cross-team collaboration; bachelor’s degree, fluent English, familiar with US warehouse standards and acceptable business travel.
