What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content & Community Lead position at Happy Ending Cocktail Co.?
Most social media jobs are about managing channels. This isn’t one of them.
Happy Ending is a fast-growing independent cocktail company based in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. In just over a year, we’ve grown from an idea into one of the fastest-growing independent cocktail brands in our markets, earning placements in more than 1,000 accounts without the backing of a major supplier, celebrity founder, or national advertising budget.
Now we’re looking for someone to help us tell that story.
We’re searching for a Content & Community Lead to help transform our social channels into something much bigger than social media: an ongoing content universe that gives people a front-row seat to building a beverage brand from the ground up.
This isn’t a role where you’ll sit behind a screen scheduling posts. You’ll be in the middle of the action.
One day you might be riding along with our sales team, capturing the reality of getting products into stores and bars. The next, filming content from a boat on Lake Geneva, helping execute a major event, interviewing customers, collaborating with local personalities, documenting a launch in a new market, or creating content around the everyday wins, losses, and chaos that come with building a growing company.
You’ll help tell the story of a small independent brand taking on some of the biggest companies in the beverage industry.
You’ll be strategist, storyteller, producer, on-camera personality, and community builder all rolled into one.
And because you’ll be on camera regularly, you’ll play a major role in shaping how consumers experience Happy Ending. The right person won’t just help tell the story. They’ll become part of it.
If you’re looking for a traditional marketing job, this probably isn’t it.
If you’re excited by the idea of helping build one of the most talked-about independent beverage brands in America, we’d love to meet you.
