The Sales Representative for Don Elias Tequila will be responsible for promoting and selling the brand’s premium tequila products to retail outlets, restaurants, bars, distributors, and event partners. This role requires a passion for artisanal spirits, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver compelling brand storytelling that captures the heritage and quality of Don Elias Tequila.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while identifying and securing new sales opportunities.
- Present product offerings to buyers, bar managers, and distributors, ensuring they understand the unique qualities of Don Elias Tequila.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and placement to maximize brand visibility and sales volume.
- Brand Promotion & Education:
- Conduct tastings, brand presentations, and educational sessions for trade and consumer audiences.
- Represent Don Elias Tequila at industry events, trade shows, festivals, and promotional activations.
- Communicate the brand’s heritage, production process, and quality standards with authenticity and enthusiasm.
- Market Development & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and promotions effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the spirits, wine, or beverage industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized, with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to travel locally or regionally as required.
- Passion for premium spirits and knowledge of tequila production is a plus.
