What are the responsibilities and job description for the TECHNICAL LEAD - .Net Core position at Happiest Minds Technologies?
5?9 years of experience in full stack application development using .NET and React
Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Entity Framework, SQL Server, React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6 )
Experience with React ecosystem including Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand, React Router, and reusable component development
Good understanding of frontend-backend integration and API consumption patterns
Experience working on modernization of legacy enterprise applications
Knowledge of microservices and API-driven architecture principles
Experience building responsive UI applications using React and UI frameworks such as Material UI, Tailwind, or Bootstrap
Exposure to frontend migration projects from legacy UI frameworks to React is a plus
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar platforms
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices
Understanding of authentication and security concepts such as JWT and OAuth
Exposure to Azure/AWS cloud environments and Docker is an added advantage
