Position Overview

As a Sales Executive at Hansen Talent Group, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with prospective clients, and close sales to help meet the company’s revenue goals. You will work closely with our recruiting team to understand client needs and deliver top-tier staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and target new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing contacts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and understanding their staffing needs.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Conduct sales meetings and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing Hansen Talent Group’s staffing capabilities and value propositions.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the recruitment team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality candidates that meet client specifications.
  • Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, client needs, and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and progress towards sales targets in CRM systems.
  • Customer Retention: Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business or referrals.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a staffing or recruitment environment. Experience selling technical staffing services or IT/engineering solutions is a plus.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-Motivated: Proven ability to work independently and take initiative to drive sales efforts.
  • Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain client information.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
