The HR Specialist is a full-time position. The work schedule will include mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement companywide HR policies and procedures
- Work with store Managers regarding employee relation issues and areas of concern
- Coordinate all necessary employee paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate and administer employee health insurance process
- Oversee procedures related to policy violations
- Oversee employee review process
- Work with store management on employee training
- Recruit candidates with the job profile and management expectations for the position.
- Work with the store managers to determine appropriate screening questions and requirements for the role.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and the onboarding process of candidates
- Monitor and calculate accruals for paid time off for associates
