Position: Growth Marketing Analyst

Location: Roanoke, TX (on-site)

Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 Bonus

Reporting to: Sr Manager, Marketing

Data-forward role supporting partner-driven marketing programs. You’ll own reporting, uncover insights, and turn performance data into clear recommendations that improve acquisition, engagement, and partner growth.

What You’ll Do

• Build and automate reporting for partner marketing campaigns
• Track KPIs across acquisition, funnel performance, and ROI
• Analyze results to identify trends and optimization opportunities
• Create dashboards and visualizations in Tableau
• Translate data into clear insights for marketing and leadership teams
• Support testing, segmentation, and campaign optimization
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, IT, and Sales

What You Bring

• 3–5 years in marketing analytics, reporting, or performance analysis
• Strong analytical skills and a love for clean, accurate data
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, or marketing automation platforms
• Ability to turn complex data into simple, actionable recommendations
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points

• Experience in partner or performance-driven marketing environments
• Familiarity with attribution models and funnel analysis
• Background in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries
