Position Summary
The Growth Marketing Manager drives customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth by developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across paid media, website and landing page conversion, and marketing performance measurement. This role leverages data, testing, and analytics to improve marketing effectiveness, maximize return on investment, and provide visibility into marketing’s contribution to lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue through reporting, attribution, and performance insights.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital customer acquisition strategies across paid and emerging channels to drive qualified lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Manage paid media performance, budgets, and conversion initiatives while analyzing customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to maximize marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
- Own website lead generation and conversion performance through landing page strategy, user experience improvements, A/B testing, and ongoing conversion rate optimization initiatives.
- Analyze website and campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve lead generation outcomes.
- Develop and maintain marketing measurement frameworks, attribution models, dashboards, and executive reporting that provide visibility into lead generation, pipeline contribution, revenue attribution, and marketing ROI.
- Monitor acquisition costs, conversion rates, lead quality, and revenue contribution while presenting performance insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making and marketing investment priorities.
- Establish audience segmentation, lead scoring, lead nurture, and measurement requirements to optimize lead generation, qualification, and customer acquisition performance.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and external partners to improve lead quality, conversion outcomes, pipeline performance, and revenue growth.
- Perform responsibilities in a manner consistent with DOT Compliance Group’s purpose and core values.

Required Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of digital customer acquisition, paid media management, conversion optimization, SEO, audience segmentation, lead scoring, and growth marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing performance data, develop attribution insights, and drive measurable improvements in lead generation, conversion, and customer acquisition outcomes.
- Experience developing and executing testing strategies, including A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Proficiency with digital advertising, web analytics, CRM, attribution, and reporting platforms, including Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce CRM, and similar tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and present actionable performance insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of experience developing, executing, and optimizing digital customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and marketing performance measurement programs.
- Internal applicants: 12 months successful demonstration of current position responsibilities, approval from current manager, and a relevant combination of education, continuing education, and experience.
- Candidates who do not meet the specified educational or experience requirements but possess equivalent qualifications and relevant experience may be considered for this position. The company will assess candidates on a case-by-case basis to determine their suitability for the role based on their overall qualifications, skills, and demonstrated capabilities. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting B2B lead generation and customer acquisition programs preferred.
- Experience marketing professional services, compliance services, SaaS, HR, insurance, transportation, workforce services, or similar industries preferred.
- Experience supporting inside sales organizations and high-volume, phone-based sales environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing automation platforms preferred.
- Experience utilizing AI-assisted marketing, content development, and analytics tools preferred.

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
