Recruiting Coordinator - Up to $120k base package (hybrid - Manhattan)
We’re currently supporting a leading investment and technology firm who are looking to bring a detail-oriented and process-driven Recruiting Coordinator into their growing recruiting function. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the centre of a fast-paced, high-performance organization and play a key role in shaping an exceptional candidate experience across multiple hiring pipelines.
Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders, you’ll help ensure seamless interview coordination, drive operational excellence, and contribute to projects that enhance efficiency and scalability across the global recruiting function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a high volume of interviews across multiple teams, ensuring smooth logistics and an outstanding candidate experience.
- Partner closely with recruiters and business leaders to manage candidate pipelines and scheduling priorities.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates during onsite and virtual interviews, ensuring a polished and professional experience throughout.
- Maintain accuracy and data integrity within the applicant tracking system and other scheduling platforms.
- Collaborate on recruiting events, campus initiatives, and process-enhancement projects as the team continues to grow.
Key Requirements:
- 1 - 4 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR operations within a fast-paced environment (financial services, tech, or similar high-growth sectors preferred).
- Proven track record of managing complex scheduling and communication logistics with precision and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and an ability to thrive in high-volume, high-stakes environments.
- Experience using ATS/scheduling systems preferred.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
