Campus Recruiting Coordinator
Our client, a hedge fund, is seeking a Campus Recruiting Coordinator to join its campus recruiting team. This is a hands-on role, and prior recruiting experience is not required.
Responsibilities:
- Support the firm’s campus recruiting efforts from start to finish
- Travel to universities nationwide during the fall campus season
- Play an active, hands-on role within the team
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of professional experience; administrative backgrounds are welcome
- Recruiting experience not required; ideally you’re looking to move into recruiting
- Bachelor’s degree from a top university
- Minimum 3.6 GPA
- Outgoing personality
- Willingness to travel nationwide during the fall recruiting season
