Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Commercial Driver's License (CDL) A Tow Truck Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating tow trucks to assist with vehicle recoveries, roadside assistance, and transportation of vehicles. The position requires a valid CDL A license, a strong focus on safety, and excellent customer service skills. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles under various conditions.
Duties
- Operate tow trucks equipped with necessary tools to recover, tow, and transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls, providing support to stranded or disabled vehicles.
- Inspect tow trucks regularly to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance before each shift.
- Secure vehicles properly using appropriate tie-downs and safety equipment during transport.
- Maintain accurate records of all towing activities, including details of the vehicle, location, and services provided.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members to coordinate operations.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during all duties.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the tow truck and report any mechanical issues promptly.
Skills
- Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have experience.
- Proven experience operating tow trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred.
- Strong understanding of vehicle recovery techniques and safety procedures.

We are looking to fill the following position:
Monday through Friday- 11pm - 8am
