Job Description
Come join our team in this full-time, 12-month, secretarial position working 7 hours per day, 7:30am-3:30pm. The position is responsible for providing clerical support to the Building Administrators and Athletic Director in the operation of the school office and athletic programs. Pay is approximately $18.00-$20.00 per hour, and the starting rate will be based on experience and internal equity.
Qualifications
Prior secretarial experience required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Additional training or degrees in business or related field a plus
Highly skilled in office technology, including Google Applications and Database Programs
Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Must be cooperative, congenial and customer service oriented
Ability to handle confidential information
Ability to follow written and verbal directions
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks
