Production Supervisor

[Responsibilities and Qualifications]

• Follow, explain and clarify company policies and procedures to all Team Members.
• Lead the Team in all principles of Safety and other regulations. Use progressive discipline to Tack problematic areas and update the Superintendent / HR as needed of any ongoing issues.
• Allocate, monitor and report manning weekly to remain within direct and indirect labor goals.
• Train, coach and motivate the production Teams Members.
• High School Graduate or at least 5-6 years’ experience in Supervisory position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to include computer literacy.

Plant Administrative Assistant

[Responsibilities and Qualifications]

• Provide administrative support across plant departments, including meeting coordination, note-taking, invoice reconciliation, and accounts payable support.
• Support facility and workplace operations by coordinating janitorial services, waste management, and maintaining clean, organized common areas.
• Manage office operations, including office supplies, breakroom and coffee services, and inventory control to ensure efficiency and cost management.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meals, catering, and logistics for team members, visitors, meetings, and plant events.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for visitors while identifying opportunities to improve workplace standards and operational efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Logistics Clerk - Broadcast

[Responsibilities and Qualifications]

• Loads parts utilizing automated systems.
• Monitors shipment of sequenced parts to ensure the adequate stock is on hand and at customer site on time.
• Monitors traffic status before the load departure and consistently checks traffic updates.
• Monitors and ensures the loads arrive on time at customer site.
• Schedules the shipment and manages drivers’ rotation.
• Communicates with drivers and resident inspectors regarding any issue.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• High school diploma or GED
• 1 to 2 years of experience in shipping / logistics preferred

Production Technician

[Responsibilities and Qualifications]

• Start up, operate, and troubleshoot production equipment to support daily manufacturing operations and minimize downtime.
• Perform routine machine adjustments, tool changes, maintenance support, and equipment monitoring to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Identify, diagnose, and respond to equipment and production issues, escalating critical concerns to supervisors, engineers, or maintenance as needed.
• Support production quality and scrap reduction efforts by monitoring defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and reacting to abnormal conditions.
• Participate in continuous improvement, training, documentation, and 5S activities to maintain safe, efficient, and organized operations.
• Minimum College level diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or 2 Year manufacturing experience (Maintenance and/or production)
• Must have strong work ethic and mechanical ability
• Must be able to work overtime and some weekends
