Job Summary

Seeking experienced LPNs to provide nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Responsibilities include medication administration, treatments, monitoring resident conditions, patient care, and nursing documentation.

Requirements

  • Active New York LPN License
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Previous SNF/LTC experience preferred
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Comfortable working evening or night shifts
