We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Closer to convert qualified prospects into clients through a free audit-driven sales process. You’ll meet with business owners, walk them through a personalized marketing audit, clearly show gaps and opportunities, and confidently close them into ongoing partnerships.
This is primarily a closing role, but when your calendar isn’t full, you’ll proactively prospect and generate your own opportunities to keep your pipeline strong.

Responsibilities
- Conduct free marketing audits for prospective clients and present clear, actionable insights
- Lead sales calls with confidence, guiding prospects from audit → value → close
- Close new business consistently, hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- Follow up with inbound leads quickly and effectively to maximize conversion rates
- Manage your pipeline and track all activity within CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and create win-win outcomes
- Prospect for new business through outbound efforts (calls, emails, networking) when your calendar has availability
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects to create future opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to improve messaging, audits, and close rates
Experience
- Proven track record in B2B sales or high-ticket closing
- Strong ability to run discovery, present value, and close deals without hand-holding
- Experience with audit-based or consultative selling is a major plus
- Comfortable with both inbound closing and outbound prospecting
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce (or similar)
- Confident communicator who can control conversations and push for decisions
- Highly self-motivated—you don’t wait for leads, you create opportunities

Pay: $12.00 - $50.00 per hour
