As a Sales Manager at Hangar Marketing, you will play a critical role in driving our business growth and leading our sales efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
- Develop and refine sales processes, scripts, and systems to ensure efficiency and high performance.
- Identify and target businesses that would benefit from Hangar’s digital marketing services.
- Oversee outreach strategies, including cold calling, client visits, networking, and other prospecting channels.
- Track KPIs, provide performance feedback, and implement training initiatives to continuously improve results.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales strategy with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure trust, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.

Requirements
Hard Skills:
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership/managerial role.
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.
- Strong research and prospecting skills.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Sense of ownership and pride in team and personal performance.
Soft Skills:
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with computer-based work and CRM systems.
- Familiar with G-Suite.

Pay: $12.50 - $50.00 per hour
