**Job Duties/Scope Of Work**
The Operations Support Specialist will support the Transportation services work processes in numerous areas of operations, such as handling all Service Catalog requests, gather data for various reports, arrange meetings and appointments, order various supplies and materials, ensure adherence to training schedules, collection and distribution of safety information, ensure compliance with document control activities Integrated Document Management System (IDMS), provide continuous reviews of records to ensure compliance. Coordinate activities between various organizations to ensure effective communication of departmental goals and objectives. Provide field support for property management activities, perform inventories, transferring material and equipment.
Assists in requested procedure reviews, and internal assessments.
Demonstrate competence with basic computer programs to include Microsoft Office suite. Develop metrics and presentations to management as requested. Comply with HMIS policies and procedures. Participates in company safety programs. Coordinate HMIS Zero Accident Council (ZAC) meetings. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

**Basic Qualifications**
- BA/BS plus 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skilled in both written and verbal communication, Microsoft Office suite, and other Software applications.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Credential badge.
- 6 years of related experience.
- Familiar with USDOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and Washington State vehicle size/weight laws.
