Job Duties/Scope Of Work
Business Administration & Integration (BA&I) is seeking an individual to join the Hanford Mission Integration Solutions (HMIS) team responsible for the management of indirect rates and financial management of services provided to other Hanford contractors. This position involves financial analyst and/or project controls related support to assist HMIS Management in establishing budgets and rates, making sound financial decisions related to rate performance and management, and/or supporting the requests for HMIS services provided to Other Hanford Contractors (OHCs) and other non-Hanford entities.
General work scope may include:
- Supporting service requests from OHCs and/or non-Hanford customers, including preparing estimates, reviewing actual costs, tracking spending against customer authorizations, assisting with customer inquiries, supporting invoice questions, and supporting ICWO/CACN establishment and crosswalks.
- Analyzing actual costs for accuracy and validating labor, non-labor, accruals, monthly billings, and revenue as applicable.
- Completing monthly financial reporting specific to assigned accounts and scope.
- Preparing an annual budget in collaboration with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and technical experts and developing associated rates as applicable.
- Working with CAMs to forecast current year financial projections and reviewing them for reasonableness.
- Supporting special projects as requested by management.
Basic Qualifications
*BS/BA in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field, and a minimum of 5 years of related experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Credential badge.
Desired Qualifications
*Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with rate development, budgeting, estimating, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with Hanford applications and/or similar financial management software (e.g., Crystal, PeopleSoft, Asset Suite, HANDI, COBRA, PMRS, VAIM, Cost Plan, HLANPM).
- Initiative to complete tasks independently and proactively address financial concerns.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service, collaborate within teams, interface with internal and external groups, and effectively address questions related to financial data.
- Experience interacting with senior management and auditors and resolving customer inquiries regarding financial data.

Grade 16: $90,150 - $113,550
Grade 17: $99,063 - $124,788
Grade 18: $109,013 - $137,538
