Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings
- Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe threading, and pipe fitting using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise installation and repairs
- Operate company vehicles safely while adhering to commercial driving regulations for transporting tools and materials
- Assist with remodeling projects by providing carpentry support and assembly of plumbing components
- Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues and ensure compliance with local building codes
Requirements
- Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing systems in residential or commercial environments
- Strong mechanical knowledge of water systems, HVAC integration, and plumbing system maintenance
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately
- Experience with drain cleaning techniques and pipe threading processes
- Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing installations and repairs
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely in various conditions
- Ability to lift heavy materials regularly and perform heavy lifting tasks safely
- Familiarity with construction site procedures, remodeling work, and heavy-duty assembly tasks
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting schematics
- Prior handyman or remodeling experience is preferred but not required
