Responsibilities
- Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess project needs.
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for handyman, repair, remodeling, and maintenance projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads and close sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and achieve sales goals.
- Represent Handydads with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Required: Strong background in construction.
- Extensive knowledge of residential construction, commercial construction, and handyman services.
- Experience in sales, estimating, project management, or a similar customer-facing construction role.
- Ability to read plans, understand scopes of work, and communicate project details clearly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Experience
- Experience preparing estimates and bids.
- Knowledge of common building materials, repair methods, and construction practices.
- Familiarity with CRM software and estimating platforms is a plus.
