Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
• Conduct plumbing inspections utilizing specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues within pipes and water systems.
• Perform drain cleaning, pipe threading, and system maintenance to ensure optimal operation of water supply and waste disposal systems.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately execute plumbing projects according to specifications.
• Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and personnel to various job sites in compliance with local driving laws.
• Collaborate with construction teams on site to ensure plumbing work aligns with project timelines and safety standards.
• Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, installing new piping, and performing heavy lifting as needed.
• Follow all local building codes and safety regulations during installation and repair activities to guarantee compliance.
• Utilize plumbing inspection cameras for thorough assessments of existing pipe systems; recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections conducted for quality assurance purposes.

Skills

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of residential and commercial systems.
• Proficiency in welding techniques relevant to pipe fitting and repair tasks.
• Skilled in drain cleaning methods and the use of plumbing inspection cameras for diagnostics.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and assembly techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about work performed or needed repairs.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations governing plumbing installations and repairs.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately; experience reading blueprints is highly valued.
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights or confined spaces during construction site tasks.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to pipe sizes or flow rates.
• Experience operating commercial vehicles safely within legal requirements; valid driver’s license required.
• Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus for versatile project support.
