Alliance Drain & Plumbing is growing! As we continue adding new services and serving more customers.
We're looking for someone who wants to build a career. As a Plumber Helper, you'll work alongside our experienced plumbers, learning the trade through hands-on training every day. Our goal is to help you develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to eventually run your own service truck and become a successful Plumbing Technician.
Responsibilities
- Learn plumbing service, repair, and installation by working alongside our experienced plumbers.
- Assist in assessing plumbing problems and repairs quickly and effectively.
- Communicate professionally with residential and commercial customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, digging, and climbing ladders.
- Safely use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record (no major violations or current suspension).
- Capable of lifting heavy materials and performing physically demanding work.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Plumbing or construction experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person.
Schedule
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
