What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction and Maintenance Worker position at Handy-Pros INC?
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and construction, knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work is a plus.
- Install fixtures and appliances (light fixtures, faucets, etc.).
- Handle painting, drywall repair, stucco repair, and patching as needed.
- Assist with larger renovations, or remodel projects when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a construction worker.
- Good communication and customer service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Reliable transportation to travel between job locations.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must own a variety of tools necessary to complete maintenance tasks.
- Must know in both English and Spanish.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
