Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Remodeler to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will take on bathroom overhauls, custom kitchen updates, and complete room modernizations. We need an experienced, versatile Remodeler who can take a project from demolition to final trim work with minimal supervision. . Your hands-on experience in building renovation, restoration, and installation will drive successful project completion while adhering to safety standards and client specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilizing your comprehensive knowledge of construction management and technical installation skills to deliver exceptional results.
Duties
- Execute Full Remodels: Complete kitchen, bath, and basement transformations.
- Carpentry & Framing: Frame walls, install windows/doors, and finish trim work.
- Drywall & Tile: Hang, tape, mud, and execute professional tile layouts.
- Basic Trades: Handle light plumbing and electrical modifications.
- Lead Projects: Maintain clean jobsites and communicate professionally with homeowners.
- Experience
- Proven experience in remodeling or building construction with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Demonstrated ability to operate power tools such as saws, drills, grinders
- Knowledge of construction management practices including safety protocol adherence and site supervision.
- Experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions on diverse project sites is preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics related to electrical systems or plumbing fixtures is highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in residential remodeling or finish carpentry.
- Tools: Own a reliable set of hand and power tools.
- Transport: Valid driver’s license.
- Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and pride in clean, detailed work
