Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and well rounded Carpenter to join our team in the construction and remodeling industry. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various aspects of carpentry, construction, and remodeling work. This role requires hands-on experience with tools and equipment, as well as the ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Responsibilities
- Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction activities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and masonry work as required
- Fabricate components and install fixtures, cabinets, doors, and siding
- Conduct roofing tasks including installation and repairs
- Carry out caulking, stucco application, and other finishing work
- Participate in heavy lifting activities as necessary for project completion
- Collaborate with team members on remodeling efforts including flooring installation and tile laying
- Assist with plumbing, electrical work, metal stud framing, and mold remediation when needed
