We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in providing exceptional support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care and daily living support. Responsibilities
- Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, reporting changes, and maintaining accurate care records.
- Support medication administration following prescribed guidelines while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light cleaning duties and ensuring proper sanitation standards.
- Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident lifts to safely transfer individuals with mobility challenges.
- Document care plans, patient observations, and any incidents diligently to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in assisted living, nursing homes, home health, hospice care, or group homes is highly preferred.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; additional certifications such as HIPAA training are advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia (including Alzheimer's and memory care), autism, or other special needs.
- Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and recognizing changes in condition or behavior.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility tasks safely.
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols.

Pay: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour
