Position Overview

We are currently hiring Caregivers for immediate openings across the Charleston area. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping others and want a flexible schedule with meaningful work.

• Immediate Openings: Charleston, West Ashley, North Charleston

Key Responsibilities

Personal & Daily Living Support

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Prepare light meals and ensure dietary needs are met
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping
• Provide companionship
• Provide transportation for appointments and errands
• Provide medication reminders
  
  

Emotional & Social Engagement

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Engage clients in activities such as walking, reading, and games
• Help reduce loneliness and improve overall well-being
  
  

Health Monitoring & Coordination

• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Communicate with care managers and family members as needed
• Assist with care plans and follow client-specific instructions
  
  

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA license preferred, or:
• 6 months full-time experience, or
• 12 months part-time experience caring for seniors or chronically ill individuals
• Ability to perform physical duties of the role
• Reliable transportation required
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (if transporting clients)
• Strong communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliability and punctuality

• Supervised by a dedicated Care Manager

• One-on-one care in client homes or assisted living facility
